Basic "Life and Legacy" Program

Every client of our firm can enroll in our Basic "Life and Legacy" Program at no additional charge.

In our Basic program, we will review your estate plan with you every three years to make sure that your estate plan:

Keeps up with changes in your life and priorities;
Keeps up with changes in the law; and
Takes advantage of the latest strategies to protect you, your assets and your loved ones.

Every client of the firm also receives My Life Planned, our information-packed monthly newsletter.

Enhanced "Life and Legacy" Program

Clients desiring a more exclusive level of service are invited to join our Enhanced "Life and Legacy" Program. The Enhanced "Life and Legacy" Program includes everything in the Basic program plus the following:

A complimentary estate plan review every year, instead of every three years with our Basic "Life and Legacy" Program.
Unlimited amendments to your estate plan within the same plan structure.
Online access to your health care directives – at any time of the day or night – for you and your doctor. A health care directive won't protect your health care decisions if the directive documents cannot be found and you become incapacitated. Our Enhanced "Life and Legacy" Program gets the documents where they need to be by providing 24-hour access to your health care directive through a secure website.
If you move into a new home or refinance your current home, we will prepare the deed to make sure your home gets put back into your trust.
One complimentary Legacy Builder session every year to allow you to have a conversation with your children and grandchildren. It has been said that it is a mistake to pass on your wealth without your values. With Legacy Builder, you can leave not only wealth to the next generation, but also the stories, wisdom, and values from your life.

Family "Life and Legacy" Program

The Family "Life and Legacy" Program includes everything in the Enhanced program plus the following:

Organizing and hosting a Family Retreat every three years to introduce your beneficiaries to your estate plan and the goals of your plan. At the Family Retreat, your legal, financial, and investment advisors will explain your trusts and any other estate planning instruments you put in place and the role each beneficiary or helper will play in implementing your estate plan.
Training for the helpers you choose to implement your estate plan. All too often, the people appointed in an estate plan do not know how to perform their role. We will educate your guardians, executors and trustees to help make sure they are prepared to implement your estate plan and take care of your family.
